maimou.. heisst auf griechisch ‚Affe‘ und
wurde 2017 von Parthena und Anastasia gegruendet.
 
Maimous sind Sockenaffen und beliebt bei Baby bis hin zu ihren Urgrosseltern. Sie werden geknuddelt, gekaut oder sind eine dekorative Gesellschaft. 
 
Meine Mutter Parthena (82) gestaltet bereits ihr Leben lang Objekte und Kleider, welche sie zu karitativen Zwecken 
einsetzt und verschenkt. Als sie 75 wird, entscheide ich - Anastasia - dass wir ihre Werke verkaufen und ausstellen. Das Projekt bringt Parthena die Anerkennung und Wertschaetzung, die sie verdient.

Maimous are sock monkeys loved by babies all the way to their great-grandparents. They are being cuddled, chewed on, or serve as decorative companions.

My mother, Parthena, has been designing objects and clothes for her entire life, which she was using for charitable purposes and giving them away. When she turned 75, I - Anastasia - decided that we should sell and exhibit her works. The project brings Parthena the recognition and appreciation she deserves.
